When will I get my order?
You are pre-ordering your Cherubina. Each piece is handcrafted on commission and will be delivered between late June and early July 2026.
Does the bag include a wine bottle?
Cherubina does not automatically include a wine bottle. You may select your preferred bottle through the purchase pop-up option or directly on the Tenuta Torciano website here.
Can I choose a different wine bottle than the ones suggested by Torciano Atelier?
The bottles suggested by Torciano Atelier are selected to reflect Cherubina’s luxurious identity. However, you are welcome to choose any bottle directly from the Tenuta Torciano website here.
How do I best carry wine with Cherubina?
When carrying wine in Cherubina there is an optimal way to preserve the bottle in the bag: firstly cover your cooled wine with the provided dustbag, secondly insert the foam ring provided in the brass ring and finally insert your bottle and enjoy!
What materials and craftsmanship make Cherubina what it is?
Cherubina is crafted entirely in Italy. It features high end bovine leather and gold plated accessories.
What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Once the product is inspected and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are included in the price of your Cherubina.
How do I care for Cherubina?
We recommend protecting the bag from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, and contact with oils or perfumes. Gently clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth and nourish the leather with a high-quality neutral cream.
How do I track my order?
Due to the artisanal nature of Cherubina’s production, traditional tacking is not possible. However, we will keep you personally posted throughout the various steps of production by your account’s email.
